Cancelation Policy
At Elite Health we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your IV drip appointment. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: 40% of treatment cost.
This fee helps cover the cost of reserved staff time and resources.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by email or whats app. Please leave a detailed message with your name, appointment date and time, and contact information.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate such situations. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
